Vintage Goods
Each and every item in the shop has been carefully selected. There will be natural wear and tear on all found items, although I try my best to include any obvious flaws in the product descriptions. All items are cleaned and carefully packaged before reaching your doorstep. Please feel free to reach out with questions or for further product information as you shop. 

Return Policy
At this time, all sales are final. Clove Design Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item comes to you broken, please email photos to abby@clovedesignstudio.com within 48 hours and you will be refunded the full amount, including shipping costs. In all other circumstances, shipping costs are always non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. 

If you wish to return a new or handmade item, please email abby@clovedesignstudio.com with your order number, stating the reason for return. All shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense. Items must be returned unused and undamaged. Upon receiving the item back, you will be refunded the full item amount.

Shipping
Standard shipping is $8-12, depending on weight and size of the item. For two or more items, shipping is $12-16. All packages will be shipped out within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority. You will receive an email with tracking information. There is no international shipping at this time.
